A mother of three children in Sunderland, Britain was drugged and raped by a gang of migrants on September 4, sparking violent demonstrations.

The 26 year old woman awoke in a strange house with cuts and bruises having been sexually assaulted, realizing her drink had been spiked the night before.  She managed to leave the house and get to a family member’s house at around 5am on Sunday morning.

The article reported that the police arrested six “Asian” men aged between 20 and 30, from Iraq, Syria, and Bahrain for the attack.  (The European media often refers to people of Middle Eastern decent as “Asian.”)  The men are out on bail until October 17.

The article also mentioned that “far-right” activists organized a protest for six days in the city after the attack where windows at the house where the attack took place were smashed, and the protesters clashed with counter protesters “led by the Asian community.”  Two “Asian” men were injured and five protesters were arrested for public fighting.
