Smith aim a gun at officers before he was shot dead by an African-American cop.<\/p>\n<p>The incident sparked a wave of violent unrest that continued through Sunday night.<\/p>\n<p>Milwaukee is the most segregated metropolitan area in the United States, with whites almost exclusively living in the suburbs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-914\" src=\"http:\/\/openmindedrealism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/milwakee-suburbs-300x295.jpg\" alt=\"milwakee-suburbs\" width=\"450\" height=\"443\" srcset=\"https:\/\/openmindedrealism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/milwakee-suburbs-300x295.jpg 300w, https:\/\/openmindedrealism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/milwakee-suburbs.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 85vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Between 1950 and 1990 there was a \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/themassesareangry.blogspot.co.uk\/2011\/05\/demographic-study-of-white-flight-from.html\">white flight<\/a>\u201d from Milwaukee County into Waukesha County and suburbs of Milwaukee.<\/p>\n<p>Smith\u2019s call for rioters to stop burning down their own communities is being reported by the media as a rebuke to those behind the violence.<\/p>\n<p>However, in reality she is really just calling for the mayhem to be inflicted on the suburbs, or in other words \u2013 where all the white people live.<\/p>\n<p>Milwaukee Alderman Khalif Rainey <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2016\/08\/milwaukee-alderman-threatens-rioting-inequities-oppressed-community-not-rectified-video\/\">responded<\/a> to the weekend\u2019s violence by tacitly threatening more riots if \u201coppression,\u201d \u201cunemployment\u201d and \u201cinjustice\u201d wasn\u2019t addressed.
