Tucker Carlson explains that ICE agents have been instructed in an official memo to “release them all, immediately,” despite the fact that Joe Biden’s memorandum didn’t specifically say that.

Following is a summary of a Breitbart article explaining the situation:

ICE agents have been ordered to release all detainees that they have in custody due to Joe Biden halting all deportations.

Tucker Carlson reported about a verified January 21 ICE memo that was sent to agents saying “Release them all, immediately,” but it is unclear if the memo was referring to the mass release of all 14,195 detainees in its custody, where 71.45 percent of them are convicted criminals or have pending criminal charges.  The detainees are currently held in approximately 138 facilities across the United States.

[Note that would be (or “is” apparently) a catastrophe.  I think people who are awaiting deportation in custody should still have been deported no matter what the new policy is, since potentially dangerous criminals presumably would have been given prison sentences in the U.S. if it was known that they would not have been deported.  Very few people were actually being deported anyway, and usually only with very good reason.]

(Also another Breitbart article explains that Former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan said Joe Biden made America less safe within hours of being sworn-in on January 20 due to his executive orders ending the Trump “Remain in Mexico policy,” and stopping construction of the border wall.  Morgan said he was amazed by how quickly Biden submitted the orders without even taking time to talk to experts in the border patrol about the impact of his decisions.)

A French new outlet “20minutes.fr” is reporting that on January 15, a 15 year old Ukranian boy was attacked in Paris by a large gang of migrants, who beat him with a hammer and iron bars, leaving him with a broken nose, arm, shoulders, ribs, fingers, and his skull was a broken in several places.  He is alive but in a medically induced coma.

The same sort of situation will increasingly be happening in the U.S. due to Joe Biden lifting the travel ban from hostile countries, his ramping up the importation of Muslims through the secretive “Refugee Resettlement Program,” his essentially opening the borders of the United States to allow anyone who will walk across (or fly into the country and not leave), and he will offer all types of expensive government welfare to the people who will be surging into the country.

A Gateway Pundit article explains that Joe Biden killed at least 52,000 jobs on his first day through canceling the construction of the Keystone Pipeline, as well as cancelling construction of Trump’s border wall.

Cancelling the Keystone Pipeline cost 42,000 jobs, and canceling the border wall cost 10,000 jobs.  The combined yearly wages of the jobs is estimated to be $1.6 billion.

The Keystone Pipeline was an oil pipeline system that carried oil from Western Canada to refineries in Illinois and Texas, as well as to oil storage facilities in Oklahoma.  It was commissioned in 2010, then delayed by Barack Obama in 2015, and then restarted in 2017 by Donald Trump.  The pipeline had become a symbol for protests by global warming alarmists.

This is video from the Cartoon Network.  Parents need to be more aware of the political Establishment’s harmful leftist agendas, including in the public schools.  The situation is going to continue to rapidly deteriorate now that Biden is in office.

People need to pay attention to what is happening in their schools and be well-informed enough to not let their school boards implement such agendas.

“Homeschooling” could also be an effective approach, but that it not really practical for most parents.  I think perhaps like-minded parents could organize “homeschool clusters” in order to get their kids out of the toxic leftist environment of public schools in areas where the infiltration is particularly problematic.

The Epoch Times is reporting that Biden’s Department of Justice is asking the Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court ruling that found Donald Trump blocking comments of critics on his Twitter account to be a violation of their first amendment rights, saying the ruling was “deeply problematic.”

Acting Solicitor General Jeffrey Wall argued in a supplemental brief filed on January 19 that President Biden, as well as future presidents and government officials, should not be bound by the court’s decision for Trump.

In 2019, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit ruled unanimously that Trump’s use of his personal Twitter account, created “an official channel of communication,” therefore he should not be allowed to block critics.  When doing so they were upholding a 2018 decision by U.S. District Judge Naomi Buchwald, a Clinton appointee.  She ruled that Trump being President makes his account a “designated public forum” and thus political speech on it must not be discriminated against.  Her decision extended to all public officials.

The feed for Trump’s account had been constantly filled with replies from users who taunted and insulted him, often using expletives, and Trump had complained to the Twitter management on many occasions.

In his brief, Wall stated “Twitter’s power to unilaterally shut down the @realDonaldTrump account [underscores] the Second Circuit’s error in holding that the account is a ‘public forum.’”

[Note: I think it is ridiculous that Trump was disallowed by law to block critics on his Twitter account, which is yet another reason that he never should have used such services.  I was never aware of that ruling.  It will be interesting to see if they change that ruling for Biden, I presume that they will.]
