The United Nations guides and endorses the Obama Administration’s illegal efforts to federalize America’s local police departments, and it also is demanding “robust gun control,” reparations for slavery, and other establishment agendas which require altering the US Constitution.

Following are points from the New American article “UN Announces Support for Obama’s Nationalization of Police”: 

— A radical UN lawyer from Kenya Maina Kiai has been sent to provide “technical assistance” to the US government in implementing its demands by making use of “consent decrees” which are schemes used by the White House to impose unconstitutional federal regulations on local law enforcement.  Consent decrees involve bureaucrats at the Obama Justice department threatening, bullying, and suing city governments into submitting to the demands of the federal government.  Kiai called for Obama to commandeer police to be “beefed up” and “increased” in an agenda of nationalizing as many police departments as possible.

— Citing “international law,” Kiai also attacked US gun rights including the right of concealed carry, which the UN has frequently been trying to do mostly through its widely ridiculed “Human Rights Council,” which is made up of some of the most ruthless communist and Islamic dictatorships which have prominent positions.  The bizarre attacks by the illegitimate UN council have been immediately ridiculed by those in the media who are familiar with the “dictator’s club.”

— Kiai stated that the Obama Department of Justice has provided “oversight and recommendations for improvement of police services in a number of cities with consent decrees,” going on to say “[It] is one of the most effective ways to reduce [racial] discrimination in law enforcement …”  [Note: See the following video explaining why racism is actually not statistically an issue when it come to law enforcement.]  Kiai also stated “[Consent decrees] need to be beefed up and increased to cover as many of the 18,000-plus local law enforcement jurisdictions.”

— The executive branch has been abusing it’s power by threatening local police departments for years by making use of lawsuits to bully them into accepting unconstitutional federal standards.  Such standards ironically include the “three strikes” scheme which is blasted as “racist” by people like Kiai who are actually responsible for creating such guidelines.  Local jurisdictions often cave into submitting to inappropriate federal regulations after being threatened by the overwhelming resources of the out-of-control federal government in biased federal courts, rather than fighting costly legal battles to maintain their independence from regulations dictated by the corrupt global elite.  Police are only supposed to be accountable to their local communities.

— The Obama Administration has been especially aggressive in pushing the DOJ takeover of local policing, and it often brags about its abuses in press releases such as in 2014 where it bullied 15 police departments into agreements, with nine of them using consent decrees.  Jurisdictions in New Orleans, Portland (Oregon), Detroit, Albuquerque, East Haven (Connecticut), Warren (Ohio), Puerto Rico, and more have caved into the illegal scheme.

— Kiai argued that gun rights (the second amendment) are incompatible with freedom of assembly (the first amendment) despite the fact that the two have coexisted well in the US for more than two centuries.  He said, “I wish to underscore the challenges of exercising the right to peaceful assembly when there is open or concealed carriage of guns,” and then strangely he cited as an example the pro-Constitution Oath Keepers who helped protect local businesses during Ferguson, Missouri rioting and looting.  He then claimed unnamed “police” supported his unconstitutional views because it is “scary” for them to know that protestors may be carrying concealed weapons.  He said, “Under international law, the peaceful character of a protest is largely determined by the intent of the organizers and participants,” without citing any “international law” he was referring to or what would make this law relevant in America.  “There is no need for peaceful protesters to carry intimidating guns,” he said.

— Kiai continued with references to what he views as “international law,” also claiming the UN should override American laws about labor, saying illegal immigrants are not having their alleged right to a union respected by employers or local authorities.  “Crossing national borders — whether legally or otherwise — does not take away these rights,” he said.

— Critics point to the fact that China, Venezuela, and Cuba sit on the UN Human Rights Council which is attempting to nationalize as many as 18,000 local police jurisdictions in the US, and also the fact that local police have already been regulated for years in many locations.  Requirements include regulations on how searches are conducted, the use of force, the mandatory use of on-body cameras, and so on.  The agreements also impose regular compliance reviews by federal bureaucrats.

— The Obama Administration has been circumventing Congress for years while implementing unconstitutional interpretations of Federal Law to regulate police departments.  Congress needs to pick up the ball and stop the process of nationalization of the police departments.

— The very existence of local government is at stake by supporting local police rather than rendering it impotent by federal restrictions, said Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning.

— In addition to calling for American police to be nationalized, the UN is going even further by building its own international “law enforcement” capabilities.  Using its so-called “peacekeeping” military troops who are known worldwide for raping and exploiting children with impunity, the UN is pushing to expand and further empower its “police” force known as UNPOL.

— This June, the UN brought together more than 100 national police chiefs at a first ever UN “chiefs of Police Summit” (UN COPS), and before that the UN boss Ban Ki Moon called on local American Police officers to obey what he called “international standards.”

— American Cops are also being trained by the UN.

— More recently, Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced support for a global policing scheme called the “Strong Cities Network” which it heavily criticized.

— From the original article:  “Fortunately, there is a very simple solution to the UN and its outrageous meddling in American affairs: an American exit, or Amexit, from the UN. Legislation sitting in Congress, dubbed the American Sovereignty Restoration Act (H.R. 1205), would not only end U.S. involvement with the UN, it would also evict the scandal-plagued outfit’s headquarters from U.S. soil. With the UN’s attacks on police, constitutionally protected liberties and even the American system of government becoming increasingly extreme, Americans should re-double their efforts to get the United States out of the UN with an Amexit. At the same time, as this magazine has advocated for decades, Americans should continue working to support their local police, and keep them independent of federal control.”

A Muslim deli owner in Buffalo, New York has been arrested for welfare fraud and burglary and is being held for $2 million bail.

37 year old Ahmed Alshami was indicted for exchanging at least $4,000 cash with individuals to use their welfare cards to purchase food to stock his store, and he is also being held for entering a vacant house and stealing kitchen cabinets, hot water tanks, and a baseboard heating unit, presumably to sell or to use in his store.

A Buffalo council member who lives near the store says a lot of illegal activity has been going on at the store, and it has been a major problem for the town.

Alshami is pleading not guilty.  Also, since he is not a U.S. citizen, he faces the possibility of being deported if he is found guilty.

While Alshami’s wife and daughter are shown leaving the courtroom they looked directly at the camera throwing up their middle fingers saying “You happy now?  F*ck all of you, f*ck America.”

Ohio State University history Professor Robert Davis describes the White Slave Trade as minimized by most modern historians in his book Christian Slaves, Muslim Masters: White Slavery in the Mediterranean, the Barbary Coast and Italy, 1500–1800 (Palgrave Macmillan).

Davis estimates that 1 million to 1.25 million white Christian Europeans were enslaved in North Africa, from the beginning of the 16th century to the middle of the 18th, by slave traders from Tunis, Algiers, and Tripoli alone (these numbers do not include the European people which were enslaved by Morocco and by other raiders and traders of the Mediterranean Sea coast), 16th- and 17th-century customs statistics suggest that Istanbul’s additional slave import from the Black Sea may have totaled around 2.5 million from 1450 to 1700.  The markets declined after the loss of the Barbary Wars and finally ended in the 1830s, when the region was conquered by France.

Hundreds of thousands of Europeans were captured by Barbary pirates and sold as slaves in North Africa and the Ottoman Empire between the 16th and 19th centuries.  These slave raids were conducted largely by Arabs and Berbers rather than Ottoman Turks.  However, during the height of the Barbary slave trade in the 16th and 17th centuries, the Barbary states were subject to Ottoman jurisdiction and ruled by Ottoman pashas.  Furthermore, many slaves captured by the Barbary corsairs were sold eastward into Ottoman territories before, during, and after Barbary’s period of Ottoman rule.

The Barbary Muslim pirates kidnapped Europeans from ships in North Africa’s coastal waters (Barbary Coast).  They also attacked and pillaged the Atlantic coastal fishing villages and town in Europe, enslaving the inhabitants.  Villages and towns on the coast of Italy, Spain, Portugal and France were the hardest hit. Muslim slave-raiders also seized people as far afield as Britain, Ireland and Iceland.

In 1544, the island of Ischia off Naples was ransacked, taking 4,000 inhabitants prisoners, while some 9,000 inhabitants of Lipari Island off the north coast of Sicily were enslaved.  Turgut Reis, a Turkish pirate chief, ransacked the coastal settlements of Granada (Spain) in 1663 and carried away 4,000 people as slaves.  In 1625, Barbary pirates captured the Lund Island in the Bristol Channel and planted the standard of Islam.  From this base, they went ransacking and pillaging surrounding villages and towns, causing a stunning spectacle of mayhem, slaughter and plunder.  According to Milton, ‘Day after day, they struck at unarmed fishing communities, seizing the inhabitants, and burning their homes.  By the end of the dreadful summer of 1625, the mayor of Plymouth reckoned that 1,000 skiffs had been destroyed and similar number of villagers carried off into slavery.  Between 1609 and 1616, the Barbary pirates ‘captured a staggering 466 English trading ships.’

In 1627, Pirates went on a pillaging and enslaving campaign to Iceland. After dropping anchor at Reykjavik, his forces ransacked the town and returned with 400 men, women and children and sold them in Algiers. In 1631, he made a voyage with a brigand of 200 pirates to the coast of Southern Ireland and ransacked and pillaged the village of Baltimore, carrying away 237 men, women and children to Algiers.

The barbaric slave-raiding activities of the Muslim pirates had a telling effect on Europe.  France, England, and Spain lost thousands of ships, devastating to their sea-borne trade.  Long stretches of the coast in Spain and Italy were almost completely abandoned by their inhabitants until the nineteenth century.  The fishing industry was virtually devastated.

Paul Baepler’s White Slaves, African Masters: An Anthology of American Barbary Captivity Narratives lists a collection of essays by nine American captives held in North Africa.  According to his book, there were more than 20,000 white Christian slaves by 1620 in Algiers alone; their number swelled to more than 30,000 men and 2,000 women by the 1630s.  There were a minimum of 25,000 white slaves at any time in Sultan Moulay Ismail’s palace, records Ahmed ez-Zayyani; Algiers maintained a population of 25,000 white slaves between 1550 and 1730, and their numbers could double at certain times.  During the same period, Tunis and Tripoli each maintained a white slave population of about 7,500.  The Barbary pirates enslaved some 5,000 Europeans annually over a period of nearly three centuries.

An incident occurred when a burqa-clad Muslim mother of seven was pulled over by a policeman for a traffic violation in Australia, as broadcast on an Australian news station.

[Note:  March 5, 2020— Masih had been acquitted of the crime in 2018 due to years of international media attention about the case.]

View a 2011 CNN news report about a Pakistani court sentencing a mother of three Asia Bibi Masih to her death for Insulting Islam.  She stated in front of others that she thought Mohammad was a fake prophet, which led to her being arrested, jailed for 15 months, and then sentenced to death.  Her husband and daughters were also forced to flee their village due to death threats.

Footage is then shown of Christian settlements being attacked by mobs of Muslims due to Pakistani blasphemy laws, which the government claims haven’t changed due to fears of a backlash.

Also shown is most people in Asia Bibi’s hometown supporting the death sentence, with the town cleric calling her death sentence “one the happiest moments of his life,” saying “tears of joy poured from my eyes.”

Mardoquo Sincal Jochola, a man who immigrated to the United States from Guatemala with his brother eight years ago, died after randomly being punched in the head by an unidentified black man in Philadelphia, most likely because of a “knockout game” where thrill-seekers ambush unsuspecting victims with the goal of knocking them out.  The attacker and his accomplices fled the scene.

View a 2013 ABC news report about a trend of mostly black males randomly punching people in the street as a part of a thrill-seeking “knockout game” with the goal being to knock out the unsuspecting victims.

Hillary Clinton gave a Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang the State Department’s “Medal of Arts” and a $200,000 award for blowing up a Christmas tree in front of the Smithsonian museum in Washington DC in 2012, and when she presented him with the award she said it was advancing “diplomacy.”

At a February Clinton Global Initiative, former President Bill Clinton and the founder of the Chobani yogurt company Hamdi Ulukaya suggested that the US import middle eastern migrants to rebuild the city of Detroit.  Clinton cited the fact that there are 10,000 empty structurally sound houses in the city and there is a lot of potential jobs for refugees to repair them, but he didn’t mention the employment potential for the thousands of out of work Americans who are already living there.

Following are points from a Breitbart article:

— Clinton’s statements underscore Donald Trump’s declaration that Hillary Clinton would rather give jobs to refugees from overseas than to unemployed African Americans.  Trump also said that the amount of money Clinton would like to spend on refugees could rebuild every city in America.

— Hillary Clinton has called for a 550 percent expansion of the importation of middle eastern immigrants.  Based on the figures she sites, she would potentially bring in at least 620,000 migrants which nearly equals the population of Detroit (677,116).

— 91.4 percent of recent refugees from the Middle East are on food stamps, and 68.3 percent are on cash welfare, according to the Office of Refugee Resettlement in the Department of Health and Human Services.

— Chobani yogurt company founder Hamdi Ulukaya then mentioned the potential transformation of entire communities that would result from large-scale immigration, saying “There’s a town actually in the eastern part of Turkey, it’s called Kilis, [where] sixty percent of the whole town is refugees.  I mean, this all happened in the last three, four years,” and earlier he said, “I’m proud of what the people of Turkey and what people in the government are trying to do on this issue.  It’s huge.”

— Clinton dismissed issues of potential terrorism resulting from the importing of the migrants, instead insisting that the traditions of Syrians are “amazing.”

— The Chairman of the House Counterterrorism and Intelligence Subcommittee has explained that there is “no real way of vetting, to any extent, these refugees coming in.”

— Ulukaya pointed to the work Germany has done in accepting large amounts of refugees, saying: “I listened to Madeleine Albright the other day… She said, you know, we’re not doing enough.  And I was in Germany just after.  Looking at Hamburg, Hamburg took almost 90,000 refugees.  And I was with the mayor and for two days we looked at the refugee centers [and] what they did.  They were prepared to take 500-600, you know, that’s what they were doing for years.  Now they took 90,000.”

— Neither Clinton or Ulukaya mentioned that the U.S. already takes in 70,000 refugees each year, not including the migrants that Obama and House Speaker Paul Ryan are resettling in the country this year alone.

— Ulukaya proudly talks about having “11 different nationalities [represented] in Chobani factories” and how he had to hire “11 different translators into the factory” because the local company employees couldn’t communicate with one another.

— The journalist Leo Hoffman has previously reported, “[T]he state of Idaho, despite its reputation as a mostly white, conservative farm state, has been a popular destination for refugees in recent years— in large part due to Ulukaya’s efforts to import refugees to work in his yogurt factory.  …  Ulukaya opened the world’s largest yogurt factory in Twin Falls about two years ago, and the plant now employs 600 people with about 30 percent of those jobs filled by foreign refugees shipped to the U.S. from United Nations camps in the Middle East and Africa.”

— Twin Falls it to receive about 300 refugees this year, many of them Muslims from Syria, and the U.S. State Department has shipped more than 11,000 refugees directly from the Third World to Idaho since 2001.  In the past year, 989 refugees have arrived in Idaho, with half of them coming from the world’s most extreme jihadist hot zones including Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, and Pakistan.

— In June, a group of Iraqi and Sudanese refugees sexually assaulted a five year old American girl in Twin Falls while recording the incident on video, and in August an African refugee sexually assaulted a 33 year old mentally disabled woman in Twin Falls.

— The Office for Idaho Refugees recently produced a brochure to help American employers who are looking to hire new refugees.  It recommends avoiding eye contact with migrant employees due to Burmese migrants interpreting it as “an act of challenge,” and it also recommends avoiding discussion about the employee’s family members, which Afghan migrants see as “an act requiring revenge.”
